Mixed-age Parent/Child Classes - Age 0-6yrs
A dynamic 45-minute session filled with singing, dancing, stories, and interactive fun! While music is at the heart of the experience, each class goes beyond singing to support the developmental needs of children ages 0-6. Through engaging, carefully curated songs, students are guided in ways that nurture their growth.
Led by Ms. Sally, these classes inspire creativity through play, self-expression, and imagination. The lesson structure is exclusive to The Little Music Corner, backed by extensive research and best practices. With a high-energy approach that thoughtfully incorporates sensory regulation, this class will ignite your child’s enthusiasm for music and set the stage for a lifelong love of learning!

"Super Musicians" - enrichment program for 3.5- 5 years olds - A dynamic 45-minute session designed for children ages 3.5 to 5, combining singing, dancing, stories, and interactive activities. In this class, caregivers join their little ones in an engaging musical journey, helping them develop into "Super Musicians."Similar to the structure of the mixed age classes but with the needs of the "big kids" in mind. The class is catered to the older ones, but younger siblings are welcome to tag along.

Building on foundational skills, this class explores advanced musical concepts such as intonation, rhythm, and instrumental awareness. Lessons are designed to be both fun and intellectually stimulating, encouraging critical thinking about music. By diving deeper, music helps foster literacy, social, and speech skills. Additionally, children are given the freedom to explore their creativity through musical expression. This class nurtures a lifelong passion for learning and the arts by fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation of music.

Baby and Me Music Class - newborn to emerging walkers
A gentle and engaging 45-minute session designed for infants and their caregivers. This class provides a nurturing environment where little ones can experience the magic of music through singing, movement, stories, and interactive play.

Modeled after our mixed-age classes but tailored specifically for babies, this session focuses on early musical exposure, sensory exploration, and bonding. While the class is designed with infants in mind, older siblings are always welcome to join. Through soothing melodies, rhythmic patterns, and playful activities, babies begin to develop a strong foundation for musical awareness while strengthening their cognitive, social, and motor skills. This class fosters a joyful connection to music, setting the stage for a lifetime of appreciation and learning.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the music class?
Classes are 45 minutes long in person and 30 minutes long online unless otherwise noted.
I don’t think my little one can make it that long…
I encourage you to give it a try. I use a lesson plan formula that has been tested and perfected to keep kids engaged by adding moments of free play and exploration with music in addition to the more structured activities. The energy ebbs and flows in a way that children respond positively to.

What if I need to miss a class?

Makeup classes are offered at any other class hosted within the session. Makeup classes do not roll over between sessions. Just let Miss. Sally know when you will be attending a different class as a makeup.
What is your safety protocol?
Instruments are cleaned and sanitized after every class.
How many classes are in a session?
10 classes are included in a full session unless otherwise notes
What happens if the weather is bad?
If the weather is too bad for us to get to the location for class I will notify everyone of the class being canceled. I will either add an additional class to the end of the session to make up for the class that was canceled or hold a virtual class instead.
What if the class doesn’t work out for us?
I always suggest that you stick it out for 3 classes. Most children take about that many classes to settle in to the routine Refunds can be discussed with Miss Sally. I will issue a full refund up to 72 hours before the start date. Cancelations made during the session time will be an 80% refund to cover the costs of using the class locations.
